The pictured balances are inside jamb liners stamped w/the name Rimco, but I can't find any information online or elsewhere about such a company. Nothing else on the windows or jamb liners or balances has any markings or identification of any kind.
I need to replace 4 of the shoes that are broken... the plastic has snapped so the cleated hook no longer stays in the shoe, meaning the spring does not stay attached to the shoe either.

If this is a wood window, your best bet may be to reach out to a local mill work. I truly apologize that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
