Ring on hinge bracket is cracked

Question

Handle broke off and black plastic piece is cracked in half on hinge bracket. I have two windows like this on RH and one LH. Window is around 16" wide.

Hello, Todd. That little ring can't be repaired or replaced, unfortunately, so you'll need an all new operator. I recommend the 39-329 to match your original. You'll also need a new 39-205 handle.
