I'm not sure what balance this is. Can you show me a clear picture of the hook or clip at the end of the cord? We should be able to confirm what you need once we see that.

Thank you! This looks like our Series 770 channel balance, but this appears to be what you already ordered. In what way is the Series 770 not a match? Can you explain why they didn't work?
