I believe this is a Rivco but there are model numbers on it. Do you have a handle and lockset that would fit?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" mounting holes, as well as the 82-218 mortise lock to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
