This looks to be 3/16 by 5/16ths with a fabric band in the center of the bristles.
Hopefully you have something suitable to replace it

Hello,

We do not carry wool pile weatherstripping with the exact dimensions you've provided but the 58-158 is close. Note that the backing measures 7/32" wide as shown below, which is a bit larger than 3/16". Take a look to confirm if this could work for your application. Thank you!
