Rivco window balances

Question

So my house was built in 2004.  The entire house has rivco windows and I would say about 85% of them are broken or not working.  The one in the pic has numbers (11/2) unique 28-C-30.  Most of my windows are the same size but I think there might be 2 different balances in each windows.  Is this something I can get from you?

Thanks for posting. The company who made your original balance went out of business, but we believe you can use our S770-28 with a 28C stamp as a replacement. See what you think.
