River Hills - Cottage Window Hardware

A contractor from Austin, Texas says:
Good Afternoon,

Attached are pictures of some old steel windows in the Cottage building at the River Hills project.

Do you know what window openers, locks, etc might work for these windows?

Please let me know.

Thanks!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

For the operators, see our 39-002 and 39-001. These aren't exactly the same as yours but they are similar in design. I think they'll be the best option we have in our inventory. Look them over and let me know what you think.

I'm less sure about the lock. Could it be something like our 38-001 or 38-005? It would depend on its measurements and the style of the hook on the back end, which is not visible in your photos.
