Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the bar shown in your photos but your locking handle does remind me of our 38-142 depending on how the specifications compare to yours.

Would you be able to identify the manufacturer of the rod? I do appreciate your help thus far. I asked the client who made the door and they do not know. They said they can't find any markings.

Unfortunately, we can't determine the manufacturer based on your photos. You may want to try reaching out to local hardware stores that may have been familiar with these windows from when they were originally installed.
