Rod balance accessories

Question

We have Tilt Channel Balance windows.
middle plastic parts for Block& Tackle Rods are broken.
Do you have the parts?

Hello,

I suspect that the part you're showing is from the balance pulley system. Unforutnately, the internal parts of the balance are not available separately. Once they break, the balances should be replaced entirely. There's a good chance that we can help but we'll need to see an intact balance uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
