Roll out window lock

Question

I can't find the model number of the jeldwin window. I have attached a picture of the locking mechanism. The only thing I can see on the lock is  the number 12. Can you tell from the picture what model number I need to order? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 38-095 resembles your old lock. I wonder if this could be what you need. Review the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.

We don't sell the exact handle plate shown in your photo but the 38-158 would be our best option.
