Bearings on Aluminum Patio Door Roller Have Worn Out

A quick learner from MI says:

Looking for replacement Roller for Aluminum patio doors. Attached are pictures. I believe the roller bearings are worn out. Others two doors roll like butter. I welcome and await your expert advice.

I'm afraid that we don't have a roller that matches this design. I think it might be just a little too old, especially since this is an aluminum door.

The best suggestion I can provide for you now would be to replace the wheel and reuse the housing. If the bearings are the only issue then that should be fine. We have two kits, depending on what size you need: the 81-266 and 81-272. Look these over and let me know what you think. The video below should also be of some help.
