Help Finding Unknown Roller

Hey There! Hoping you can help me identify this roller. The wheel is 1.5". I wouldn't be surprised if it's discontinued. But, if it is, can you point me to the closest model? THANK YOU!

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This roller design is a bit odd. Before I suggest anything, can you verify if there's more to it? It almost looks like it could be just the internal component of a larger assembly. Almost all rollers of this type have two housings: inner (which holds the wheel and allows for adjustment) and outer (which installs in the frame).
Can you also tell me what kind of application this is for? Is it for a door, closet, or something else?
