I am looking for a roller replacement for a sliding glass door. I have pictures. How do I send the picture of the roller part?

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like your photos came through but it appears this part is only the inner housing. There should be an outer housing that goes with it. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of a complete roller assembly removed from the door to determine your replacement options.

This is all the door has. I am confused. It was working until the wheel metal broke away.

We have no roller that resembles what you show here but there definitely should be an outer housing, perhaps still installed in the door. If you only wanted to replace the wheel, I recommend taking a look at our Patio Glass Door Replacement Wheels & Axles section here.

We'd be happy to help replace the roller but we would need to see a complete assembly removed from the door. There's no way for us to identify what you have from these photos alone, unfortunately.
