Hi I am Linda from Canby, Oregon. I am sending pictures of a sliding window roller we need to replace.

Thanks for posting! It appears that the 87-201 Milgard Sliding Window Tandem Roller might be the best possible replacement. Although, you'll want to be mindful that this roller does not have the pins on top like yours does. Take a look over the diagram below. Carefully compare the dimensions and design to your existing window roller to determine if this could work as a replacement for you.
