Roller ID

Question

I have not removed nor have I seen my rollers.  Door is Lawson from south Florida.  Roller adjustment screw it in outer face of bottom rail under a plastic button. Adjustment is not on the jamb end of the Door.   Door is 14 years old.  Can you soec a replacement?

There is a good chance that we can replace your roller but we have no way of knowing what you have while it is still installed since we do not have a record of the parts used by your door manufacturer. We would need to start by seeing your roller removed from the door and having you write out the exact height, width, and wheel diameter to help us narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
