"V" printed on side of roller housing. Purchased item 81-138 already and it doesn't fit.

Measurements are 3 1/8 x 3/4 x 1 1/8 with a 1 1/16 diameter wheel.

Here's a comparison to the 81-138 roller I already tried (81-138 is on the right). Mine has larger height and a smaller screw hole. The roller wheels on mine appear to be slightly larger in diameter than the 81-138, but definitely not 1 1/4" which appears to be the next larger size.

Based on the information you've provided, the 81-030 roller sounds like a promising option. Take a look and see if the specifications below might match up to your original assembly.

If you think that the wheels would be too big, keep in mind that they can be adjusted to make up for a slight size difference. Thanks for posting!
