Roller Part needed

Question

I am looking for the white plastic piece (The U shape piece) that keeps the roller assembly in the track. The roller is fine, the upside-down U shape part that keeps it in the track is broken.

Hello, thank you for posting,

This plastic clip was used on older versions of our 23-041. However, the manufacturer no longer makes rollers with this clip, so it is no longer available. They considered it to be a redundant feature and recommend that you replace the whole roller with our 23-041.
