Roller Tilt Constant Force Balance

A quick learner from Fall River, MA says:

Can't find any brand on window or any markings the only thing I can see is the part has a number on it number 6. I went to a place that repair windows they told me that they don't make replacement parts for that window. I hope someone can help me out to Identify this part.
