Roller assembley

The door is about 20 years old with no markings of the manufacturer. It is a steel roller with a steel concave wheel 1 1/4', 1/2" width and 1" high. The wheel cannot be adjusted up or down. It appears that the bearings are worn. And the whole thing is rusted. I would like to replace this roller (from the back) and also the front.
