I have a door installed by Four Seasons in 1998. the door roller pictured is in operable and I need a replacement.

It's tough to say based on this picture alone. It looks like your outer housing is not included. Is there any way we can see that, as well? In the meantime, look at our 81-277 and let me know if this would work for you as a replacement.

I bought 81-277 but it is about a half inch to high when hitting strike plate even with adjustment

Made adjustment to other wheel and now it hits striker perfectly
Guess someone adjusted the other wheel when forward wheel failed

Oh, great! Glad to hear you got things working. Sometimes all it takes is a little adjustment.
