Roller assembly for Patio door

Roller size I received is 1-1/8 whereas I need with roller size almost 1" minutes

Hm... we do not have a 1" wheel to offer.

Have you tried to install the roller in your patio door? The 1/8" difference might work fine in your door. If you can clear the bottom track when re-installing the patio door, you should be fine. These rollers are adjustable. See what you can manage.
