Roller assembly for sliding closet door suffered metal fatigue

A home owner from Virginia says:
The part is an Acme U.S.Patent 3750337. The arm that holds the glider wheel has the number 4021 and the body of the glider that attaches to the closet has a number 405 and the next number may be a 6 but I can't make it out. The slider is hiding it.

Thanks for reaching out to us. That patent number is frequently associated to our 23-196. This may be just what you need, since the design is so similar, but look it over and see what you think.
