Roller assembly needs replacement

Question

The needed roller assembly is for one of the three triple glass doors for a bedroom closet.  Each glass door has two of these rollers (one on each side).  The roller had a lot of thread binding it completely.  After removing the thread, and cleaning it, the roller rotates but not as freely as the other rollers.  For example, when I give the other rollers a quick spin, they rotate five or six times before stopping.  This roller does not even go for one revolution before stopping.  I would appreciate getting a replacement part to resolve the problem completely.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us! I think the best match we have for your original roller is going to be our 81-293. This is most commonly used on patio glass doors, but they've been known to work for closets, too. There's a ton of overlap between those two applications.

Our dimensions are a bit different compared to yours, so you may want to double check them just to be safe. Some other possibilities you can consider are our 23-176, 23-198, and 81-271, but I personally think the 81-239 is going to be the best option. You can review its dimensions below.
