Roller at the end of the crank arm

A quick learner from Philadelphia PA says:
The roller at the end of my left opening window is all chewed up. It falls out of the track underneither the window.

Any ideas on where to get a replacement roller?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I am afraid those rollers are not sold separately by the supplier. I apologize for the inconvenience. Now we can supply a replacement operator. The operator itself is likely either the 39-031 or 39-032; just go over all the dimensions, especially the length of the link arm, to ensure it matches up. Let me know if anything differs.
