Roller clip top window balance

Question

I was wondering if you carry a roller clip as shown.
It clips to the top of a window balance.
If you do not have this, do you have any ideas what this particular part will be called?

We have the 18-110B top sash guide, but it does not come with a roller. We like to use a metal 9/16" ball bearing wheel with it, like our 87-058.
