Roller for 25 yr old aluminum double pane sliding window

The roller has worn out (and after only 25 years!). picture is attached. Window is ~33x49". I live in Sacramento area, looking for a parts place in the area..

Hey, Ken. Would you be able to use something like our 87-194? Carefully look it over and tell me what you think.
