Roller for 4 seasons porch slider

I got one replacement roller assembly from the original installer, but I want a 2nd. They charged an insane amount for the one they sent me, so I'm hoping I can find the 2nd for a better price. You have a similar one on your website. But the wheel diameter is different on mine--not quite 1 1/8. Also the height of the body plus the tab on mine is 1 5/16. Mine has 2 flared tabs, but yours shows only one flared tab

Hello! We don't sell this exact roller but, but we have one that is close, which is our 81-056. I'm not sure if this is the same roller you were looking at or not, since you didn't mention what it was.

I can at least tell you that the 81-056 comes with two wheel sizes: 1-1/4" and 1", but you can adjust that to make up the difference. Review our other dimensions and see if you could use this as a replacement.

Thanks, I think that's the one I saw on your site. I could probably work with the 1" wheel diameter. But the height of the housing to the top of the tab is a problem. Also the flared tabs on the bottom--yours has 1 on each side, mine has 2 on each side. The flared tabs seem to hold the assembly in the center of the door. The single flared tab might not be enough. Thanks for checking.

I believe your roller is an older model that is unfortunately no longer available. Looking at the 81-056 that Tom recommended, I measured the center of the hole to the bottom of the housing and got 1-1/8" to the center of the hole. Double check the your roller housing from the bottom edge to the center of the hole and see what you come up with.

I don't think the single flange is a problem as long as your flare matches the same 13/16" width ours has. You can also bend the flange with a set of pliers to match the flare you need, so it's not a big deal. As for the wheel itself the 81-056 comes with a set of either 1" or 1-1/4" wheels.

I do think this is our best match. We unfortunately do not have anything better. If you are unable to get the 81-056 to work, we do not have an alternative to offer.
