Roller for Betterbuilt Windows

Question

I recently purchased (14) of the Item #87-221 Tandem Rollers for my Pella Windows. These fit my windows; however, as the attached pictures illustrate, the brass rollers in the 87-221 are significantly smaller than the brass rollers in my original Tandem rollers. The new Tandem Rollers work just fine in my smaller, lighter windows, but they are not heavy-duty enough for my heavier windows.

Do you have any Tandem Rollers, with the same dimensions as the 87-221, but with heavier-duty brass rollers? If so, I would like to purchase 8 of those; whatever the cost.

We don't have a version of the 87-221 with heavy duty rollers like you describe. Could you possibly use our 87-190 instead? Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this will work for that larger window.
