Roller for Milgard sliding glass door 5' with 2-1/2' sliding pane.

All the dimensions match part no. 81-269 except the metal roller is 1-1/8" dia.

Can this be replaced with a nylon roller or a 1-1/4" roller?

This sliding glass door is in a beach house.

Please advise. Thank you

I agree, the 81-269 is our closest match. You should be able to adjust the rollers to make up the 1/8" difference. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Question, will the roller fit the stainless steel track cover 80-102.

Yes, the 81-269 roller and 80-102 cover are fully compatible.
