Roller for Sliding Window

Please see the attached picture taken by my customer. Unfortunately, I do not have any measurements to help locate a replacement. This is for a sliding window located in a condo complex. Is there any information you can provide on a possible replacement.

I am afraid it's difficult to say if we have a replacement without seeing the roller out of the window, along with dimensions. I'd start by comparing with our 87-061 or maybe 87-237, as the design possibly looks similar. But again, without pictures and precise dimensions, I can't be certain.
