Roller for Window

A home owner from San Jose, CA 95123 says:

I have Superior clear anodized double pane windows installed in 2001. The rollers on one of the sliders became jammed and didn't function properly. They need to be replaced and I'm looking for the parts. I understand Superior went out of business but home you might have the parts.
