Roller for aluminum balcony door from 1963 building in Miami

Question

I'm trying to replace rollers for this door, see the pictures for references, the outer housing seems to still be in the door, its stuck in the slide in rail, likely by a screw from the top but the rail was stuck and we coudldn't remove it, it also had a screw to the door frame above the adjustment screw. Wheel diameter is 1 1/2", I'd prefer a better wheel material if possible. One of the pictures with the caliper is showing the distance between the wheel axle and the adjustment screw.
