Roller for heavy sliding mirror door

Home Owner from Portland, Oregon
Finding many 'pretty close' matches in your online catalog but none exact. Wheel on mine looks like 1-3/4" and biggest I'm finding online says 1-1/2" diameter. If I'm replacing rollers at both ends so they match, will this matter? Is there enough adjustment to take up a 1/8" to 1/4" difference?

Yep, that looks like 1-3/4" alright. That's very big for a roller in this style, though. Even looking at patio glass door rollers, which are usually more heavy duty, the largest we have is 1-1/2".

Please give us a little time to look into this. We may be able to dig something up for you. I'll try to get back to you ASAP.

Tom - Thank you for looking up into it. The door IS quite heavy. But if you can't find a roller that big I'm inclined to replace both of them with the closest available match. Should be okay as long as width (body as wheel as groove) fit the door frame and the track? Or not?

I would take a look at the 81-271 roller. The wheel is 1-1/2" in diameter, but it is only 1/8" difference. With the adjustment screw you should be able to make up the difference in the door. Take a look at the 81-271 to see if the housing dimensions are the same as yours.
