Roller for sliding screen door

Home Owner from MN
Do you have this roller? I didn't see it. I see a similar one, but none with grove on metal piece.

I'm afraid we don't have a version of this roller with a groove like that. Can you tell me what the function of that groove is? Is it an essential detail?

I believe the groove is so roller can be adjusted with the screw.
Door does not have details of manufacturer. We were also told the company is out of business.

These types of patio screen door rollers are used with the adjustment screw like the 84-502. Yours with the groove is nice to have because it helps keep the screw lined up with the wheel, but the groove itself not that crucial in adjusting the wheel. Ours should still work without it.

Ok, I will try

Will both of the screws work for the nylon roller? Or is the white one for the nylon roller and dark one for the metal roller?

The 84-502 is 1" long and the 84-506 is 1-5/8" long. Assuming you can't reuse your old screw, you need to determine which length you need.

We carry four corner rollers that are similar to yours. Take a look at the 84-011, 84-026, 84-073, and 84-137. You can measure the thickness and width of the corner to determine which one matches up to yours.
