Hello, 84-091 appears to be part from my screen. Actually door never did work smooth. I had rescreened and while re-inslling noticed adjustment skrew on one roller spins freely. #1 What is the problem if adj. skrew spins freely without tensioning the roller? #2 How does one remove part 84-091 from door? #3 If part a #95-020 needs to be replaced, what is procedure. #4 Roller #84-091 appears to be unique compared to other types of rollers, is there others that have tension wire and/or how sure can i be sure this is the correct part.

To remove the roller from the corner spread apart the connecting tabs with a small screw driver.The problem may be the actual corner (95-020) that this wheel snaps onto. The side corner adjustment could be stripped or broken. To replace the 95-020 corner you need to completely take the door apart to replace with new corners, including removing the screen mesh. When you have the corner removed from the door check to see if the appearance and measurements match up to the one on our site. After you have replaced the corners you can snap the screen door rollers onto the corners.
