Roller replacement

A quick learner from Hawaii says:

Hi ,
We would like to replace the rollers only with nylon rollers.

The existing rollers are brass with a fixed axle that fits inside of a stainless steel housing. We have a bunch of doors. I would imagine we will need at least 50 rollers. We will get an exact count of course.

The owner likes the quieter sound from the nylon rollers. We tried double stainless rollers, cleaning up the existing brass rollers and some double nylon rollers. The existing rollers are single.

They are approximately 1-3/8" diameter, 5/16th wide the axle 1/4 diameter and total length 11/32.

I will attach a couple of photos.

I can also mail the roller to you if needed
