Roller replacement Help

A home owner from USA says:
hello: I am trying to find rollers for an old skyline door and I think code 81-270, which is like the 1.5 inch roller I have, will work, but the 81-263 seems good too, but it is a smaller wheel. Is a big deal to use a smaller wheel, assuming all the rollers are replaced? Do you do COD delivery?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting. Using a smaller wheel may affect function, but sometimes you can adjust the roller to make up the difference. It really depends on just how different it is from what you have now. That said, the two rollers you picked out are not exactly compatible. It would be odd if both can work for the same door. If you want, you can take some pictures of your existing roller removed from the door and we can try our best to find a good match. If you do, please also provide your measurements.

At this time, we only accept PayPal and credit card.
