Roller replacement for 6' Sliding glass door

Hello experts. I cannot match the rollers I need from your on-line inventory pictures. I do not know the manufacturer or model number. This is a 6' glass sliding door on a 2004 manufactured home. There is a serial number on the door frame: 870 05310528. There is an AAMA Certification label: MFR: PHP-28, Series: 870, Type: Patio door. That's all I know, any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you. Kat

Hi there, Kat. Your roller looks a lot like our 81-166S. Take a look over the measurements and see if everything matches up.

I am looking for a side roller of vertically sliding windows. I found a certification label attached to the window frame that stated PHP-28 and 81002190228.

Photos are attached.

Please help me to figure it out which roller fits in it.

Hello,

It appears that you need a balance, rather than a roller, for your "Single Hung" window. You will need to remove the balance from your window and take some photos of the balance, showing the stamp on the metal channel and both nylon ends.

Also, you might need to replace the top sash guide on the side of the window sash. Take a look at the videos we've related for you to assist with this process. Thank you!
