Roller replacement for SGD-C30-96x96

I am trying to find the proper replacement part for my sliding patio door. I need the double wheel roller. The gold door sticker has this information: SGD-C30-96x96. Series 8500/9500/10,500. I will also post an image of the roller. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This looks like our 81-158. Look it over and let me know if you agree. Make sure the dimensions all match up, as well.

have same model number as Brigham City ,who did a great job of describing the part, but is series 9900 and included" AAMA /NWWDA 101/I, 3, 2-97 " on the label If you determine iit is the correct replscement I would like to purcase 2,

Hi there. Labels and manufacturing info are often not helpful in identifying patio door roller replacements. There is a lot of variation even when you know the brand. Remove the old roller and compare with the dimensions below. If this matches what you need, then go with the 81-158.
