Roller replacement with (what appears) to be a 3/4 offset

It looks like you carry this but it is the wrong offset. I need of them.

Hello,

Our closest replacement option for the door hanger in your photos would be our 23-047 but the offset is only 1/2", which, unfortunately, won't work for your door is the offset of your original hanger is 3/4".

Hi Casey,

How is the offset measured? I have a roller with "NO. 54" stamped on the front. If the offset is measured to where the metal flange stops, the offset is 1/2". If it's measured to the center of the wheel, it's 3/4".

Also: what is the number stamped on the front of part 23-047? I can't make it out on the photo on the Swisco website.

The wheel is not included in the offset measurement, just the housing itself. Thank you!
