Roller wheel assembly

A home owner from Arizona says:

The 2 photos show the assemble and a closeup of the wheel. The wheel is riveted into the assembly.
Are you able to locate 1 or 4 replacement assemblies or suggest a wheel I can replace the broken on with and re-rivet?
