Roller wheels for old patio door

Home Owner from Ottawa, ON. Canada
I have an old aluminum patio door, double glazing, one of the roller wheel is broken.
The size of the wheel:
Width: 5/8 in
Height: 1.3/8 in
Wheel: 1.14/16 diameter

I'm actually not sure what to recommend. What you show in your photos looks like the inside of a roller assembly. There should be an outer housing around, probably still in the door. We will need to see the whole assembly together in order to ID a match. Let me know if that's possible.

I will try to show you the way it was assembled and no outer houssing.

That really is a strange design. I've never seen a patio door roller without an outer housing before. How does it adjust without one?

My recommendation would be to look at the 81-271 roller, which has a screw tab at the top. Do you think you can use this? You might be able to install the corner assembly screw through the tab and the adjustment screw will line up were you need it. I can't be sure though, since I've never tried it.

If not take a look at the wheels and axle kits I've listed for you to see if you can just swap out the wheel and reuse your housing. The related videos may also be of help.
