Phillips Door Rollers

Greetings!

I have a Phillips Products Series 870 Sliding Glass Door, CCMC#12765-L, and need to replace the rollers. My web searches have led me here. Any ideas? I haven?t taken the door off yet to get any pictures. I have added a picture of the sticker inside the door.

Hello, Paul. I'm afraid that sticker doesn't tell me anything about the rollers. We can help, but we need you to remove the original roller from the door in its entirety. Specifically, we need to see it from the top, rear, and sides. Knowing its dimensions will also be a big help.
