Rollers

Question

I believe the guys that installed my door broke it before we ever used it. It's always been hard to open/close. I just started messing with the adjustment (after almost a year) and realized the rollers on one side don't move up and down when the screw is turned. Therefore, the door is just dragging. Just trying to purchase replacement parts if possible? Or do I need a whole new unit?
