Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we can't use this information to ID your hardware. Can you remove an undamaged and complete roller assembly from the door and show us some photos? Written-out dimensions are helpful as well.

I didn't receive written measurements of any kind. But these are the photos we were able to obtain for our customer.

Thank you kindly for the photos. The 81-018 is similar. I wonder if this could be what you need. Take a look at the dimensions and see if they match what you need.
