Rollers

Question

I have the SGD LC40 or the LC50 according to the sticker. It there a schematic for the door? How do the rollers actually come out?

Wanted to add, I've had the door completely out and there aren't any access holes for the rollers.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The manufacturer of this door, Jordan, has been out of business for some time now. We pulled up two rollers that people have used for the Jordan door, but we can't be sure which one you need without seeing a photo of the original. You will ultimately need to remove an old roller and compare the specifications with our parts to see if they align. Disassembly of the door frame may be required to remove the roller assembly.
