I can't send a photo since I can't remove the door. I slide it up as far as it will go but it won't clear the track on the bottom.

Hello there. Some patio doors are removed by swinging the door to the outside. So you would first remove the screen and the stationary glass panel, then the sliding glass door.

Once the roller is removed from the door, we'll need to see photos of the complete assembly along with dimensions.
