Hello,

I just received these replacement sliding glass door wheels.

The body width is just slightly wider then my existing ones, by 1/32".

The side rivet for the wheel is also thicker on the side then my existing.

These 2 items make the wheels to wide to fit into my existing slider.

2 other things?.

The wheels on yours are 1" and mine are 1 1/8".

The wheels also face the opposite way. Yours face up and mine face down.

See all attached photos please.

Can you help me locate a replacement?

Thanks,

Sincerely Yours,

Adrian

Hey Adrian. The wheels can be flipped to orient correctly, which I think you should be able to do here. I am pretty confident the 81-056 is the closest match we have; would flipping the wheels appropriately allow it to fit your door? Note that you can adjust the rollers to make up the 1/8" difference in height.

I will give it a try.
But the main problem is the extra 1/32" in width , won't allow us to fit it in the bottom channel of the sliding glass door, mainly because of the rivet on the exterior of the case, attached to the wheel is thicker than the existing.
Any other ideas?

Hey there. You say the newer rollers are 1/32" wider, which is not a huge difference. What I would do would be to file down the sides of the housing along with the rivet. I do believe this is the closest roller we carry to meet your needs.
