Rollers & Track

Question

My sliding door needs new rollers and a new track.  I need to take the door down to see what rollers it has but can you help me identify the track from these pictures and let me know if it can be replaced?

Take a look at the 80-106 patio door track, as well as the installation video below.

Once you are able to remove one of your rollers and show us a photo, we'd be happy to research your replacement options for that part as well. Thank you!
