Rollers for Sliding Glass Door

I cannot find any brand names or part numbers for the rollers on my sliding glass doors, but the bearings in the existing wheels are pretty shot. Their performance has improved with cleaning and lubrication but they still don't roll smoothly. The track for the rollers seems to be clean and smooth. The door has two sets of rollers on the bottom and I am hoping to be able to replace them both. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid it isn't possible to identify your roller while it's installed. In order to help, we will need to see photos of an undamaged roller assembly removed from the door including the dimensions. That will help us narrow down your replacement options.

OK. Thank you very much for your prompt response. I am unable to remove the door by myself, so it will likely be a while before I can remove a set of rollers. Now that I know what information you need I will reach out again once I am able to remove them.
